Subject: SB-186
Dear Senator Cook,I am writing in regards to SB-186. I am not at all familiar with the political system and policies regarding our state legislature. I was wondering if you could explain to me why this bill did not have a public hearing. I feel this is an important piece of legislation since I live in Red Clay and we just had a referendum that was passed on the policy of openness and transparency. I feel strongly that this is not the case regarding Red Clay’s (taxpayers money) finances. I would like an explanation as to why you do not think this bill is important since it is sitting in your desk drawer. There are many other Red Clay taxpayers who feel the same way. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time.

I will help get the word out. Kilroy and Shirley Vandever are both covering this horrible situation.
